This Privacy Policy describes how Upmatches ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Upmatches mobile app (the "App").

The legal basis for our processing is performance of the contract you enter into when you create an account, and our legitimate interests in operating the App and keeping it safe.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA / CPRA (know, delete, correct, opt-out of sale or sharing). Upmatches does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email support@upmatches.com to exercise other rights.

Upmatches is intended for users aged 4 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children below that age. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we'll delete it.
